#3 – Fatigue
Fatigue is also one of the most common pregnancy symptoms. If you pregnant, you would tend to start going to bed sooner or you find it harder than usual to get out of bed in the morning. You might tend to take an afternoon nap and simple activity such as shopping can make you feel wiped out and lightheaded.
#4 – Frequent Urination
If you are pregnant, you may notice that the frequency of you visiting the restroom is more than usual. Pregnancy increases your blood volume and the size of your kidney, thus leading to an increase in urination.
#5 – Morning sickness
Most pregnant woman who experience morning sickness tends to feel nausea or dizziness. This is usually caused by a variety of factors. When you are pregnant, your body is craving for food and will be sensitive to aromas and foods. Thus, you will tend to feel sick easily. However, each woman is different and will have different food that can contribute to morning sickness.
